Refund policy

Please read the CAVALIER™ refund policy carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights and our obligations to you. It is important to note that specific refund conditions apply to product returns and product categories. CAVALIER™ will accept product returns where:

• The product is faulty or the product is not fit for the purpose goods of that kind are commonly bought

• The product does not match the sample or description.

With your receipt:

We will offer you an exchange voucher or refund within 7 days from purchase, with goods in same condition, we can offer you an exchange or credit note.
If it is found that there is a manufacturing fault we will gladly refund.
We have to abide to manufacturer’s warranties.

Without your receipt or proof of purchase:

CAVALIER™ reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund.

This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.
